Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At Ancient Traditions, each product is handcrafted with care and checked for quality before dispatch. However, we understand that sometimes you may need assistance with returns or exchanges.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges if:

• You received a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product
  

• The item is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging
  

• You notify us within 5 days of delivery
  

To initiate a return, please email ancienttraditionss@gmail.com with your order number and product image.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns if:

• The product has been opened or used
  

• The packaging is tampered with
  

• The return request is made after 5 days of delivery
  
  

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to your original mode of payment.
If the product was purchased using store credit, the refund will be reissued as store credit only.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for the same product (due to damage or defect), please email us within 5 days, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them or before the item is dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
