 There are no hidden fees or extra delivery charges.

1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
 Since our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during peak periods.
 You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Free Shipping Across India

Shipping is 100% free — no matter where you are located in India.
 The price you see on our website already includes delivery.
We partner with reliable national courier services to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days

  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5 to 7 business days

  • Remote or rural locations: 7 to 10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability. In case of any delay, our team will notify you promptly.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details.
 You can track your shipment at any time using the provided link.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at support@ancienttraditions.in with your order number.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ancienttraditions.in.
 Kindly share your order number and clear photos of the product.
Our team will arrange a quick replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.
 We cannot be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If your order is returned because of an address error, a re-shipping fee may apply.

7. International Shipping

We currently offer delivery only within India.
International shipping will be available soon — stay connected with us for updates.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them or before the product is dispatched.
 Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
